Bizzo Casino licence

Licence number: OGL/2024/590/0758Operator: TechSolutions Group N.V. (per casino.guru) / TechSolutions (CY) Group Limited (per lcb.org)Founded: 2021

Bizzo Casino has been on the market since 2021. According to casino.guru, AskGamblers and lcb.org, the brand holds a licence from Curaçao, issued by the Curaçao Gaming Authority (CGA). The number OGL/2024/590/0758 is listed by casino.guru and marked as “verified”; as of 08.10.2026 it cannot be matched with the regulator itself, because the CGA’s online portal has been shut down. How to look a number up in the registers of other authorities and which fields they show is explained on the page about checking a licence number, with the profiles of all tracked brands.

Bizzo’s licence and licence number

The lcb.org fact box shows “Curaçao (CGA)” as the licensing body. According to lcb.org, the Curaçao licence was issued on 19.05.2021, the year the brand was founded.

On 08.10.2026 AskGamblers additionally lists the Kahnawake Gaming Commission as a second licensing body. Neither casino.guru nor lcb.org mentions Kahnawake. None of the sources gives a licence number of the Kahnawake Gaming Commission.

There is one entry outside Curaçao, in Estonia. The list of legal gambling operators of the Estonian Tax and Customs Board (EMTA), as of 01.10.2026, shows Moon Technologies OÜ with Bizzo Casino and other brands of the same operator; the websites listed there include www.bizzocasino.com. Moon Technologies OÜ does not appear in the operator details given by casino.guru, AskGamblers or lcb.org.

The Estonian business register MTR records Moon Technologies OÜ, based in Tallinn at Roosikrantsi tn 11, registry code 16277880. It shows two gambling operating permits: HKL000382, valid from 31.03.2022 to 31.03.2042, and HKL000381, valid from 31.03.2022 to 31.03.2027. In addition, there are the open-ended activity licences HKT000064 and HKT000065.

The Curaçao regulator: what the licence covers

Since 24.12.2024 the Landsverordening op de kansspelen (LOK), in English the National Ordinance on Games of Chance, has been in force in Curaçao. It is the legal basis on which the CGA admits and supervises online operators. What a Curaçao licence covers after the reform and why the authority used to be called the Gaming Control Board is explained on the page about the licensing body.

For checking Bizzo’s licence, autumn 2026 is what matters most. The CGA reported unauthorised access to its online gaming portal. On 07.10.2026 it announced that the portal will not return to service. According to the authority, existing licences and the obligations of licence holders are not affected. A transitional solution was announced for 09.10.2026. Because the previous digital seal in the footer is affected as well, the CGA intends to introduce another mechanism through which operators can show that a domain is licensed by it.

Whether a CGA seal appears in the footer of bizzocasino.com and where it leads was not checked: on 08.10.2026 the site showed the provider’s network block notice and, through a fetch service, the message “not available in your region”. Bizzo’s footer, seal and terms could therefore not be read directly.

How Curaçao differs from Anjouan, Malta, Estonia and the German supervisor, for example in public registers, seals and complaint routes, is summarised in the comparison of gambling regulators.

Operator: TechSolutions Group N.V. or TechSolutions (CY)?

The sources differ on the operator. On 08.10.2026 AskGamblers names TechSolutions Group N.V. as the company, and the lcb.org fact box says “Operated By TechSolutions Group NV”. The running text on the same lcb.org page, however, refers to TechSolutions (CY) Group Limited, “a Cyprus-based company”, as the holder of the Curaçao licence. lcb.org thus contradicts itself.

Until early October 2026 casino.guru also named TechSolutions Group N.V. as the owner. In the version of 08.10.2026 the company section only shows the founding year 2021 and no longer names an owner. No source gives a postal address; lcb.org only states Cyprus as the seat of the CY company.

Which other domains the TechSolutions companies, whether N.V. or CY Group Limited, run and how the companies behind the tracked brands group together is shown in the overview of the operator and sister casinos.

Bizzo sister sites: three sources, three numbers

There is no single answer to the question of Bizzo’s sister casinos. de.casino.guru counts six sister casinos, lcb.org lists 15, and the English text on casino.guru says Bizzo is linked to 17 sister casinos without naming them. Other brands of the same operator appear in both name lists, at de.casino.guru and at lcb.org.

Other brands of the same operator link the sister lists to the Estonian entry: they are sister casinos according to lcb.org and also appear in the EMTA list under Moon Technologies OÜ. A brand named by casino.guru also belongs to the same company according to EMTA. The portals’ lists are based on their own assignments and are not official data.

A second brand with a Curaçao licence but a different company group is KatsuBet: according to casino.guru and AskGamblers, Scores55 Tech B.V. is behind it, and the number is OGL/2024/1307/0748. How the KatsuBet licence differs from Bizzo in number, company and sister casinos is shown in the brand profile.

Germany: Bizzo is not on the GGL whitelist

Online operators with a German permit are published by the Joint Gambling Authority of the Länder (GGL) in its official list of permitted organisers and intermediaries. According to a GGL announcement of 22.09.2026, 129 organisers and intermediaries hold a permit, with 229 gambling websites permitted in total. How the GGL whitelist is structured and what an entry contains is explained on the page about the German permit.

A full-text search of the whitelist retrieved on 02.10.2026 finds Bizzo neither by brand name nor by domain nor by the operator TechSolutions. The GGL does not list Bizzo on the whitelist, and neither KatsuBet, Posido nor Neospin.

According to de.casino.guru, Bizzo accepts players from Germany. Website, live chat and customer support are available in German according to casino.guru, in 12 languages overall; AskGamblers counts 13 languages including German. No country list from the terms is available.

What the absence of a German permit means for withdrawals, player protection and complaint routes, and how operators without a German licence differ from one another, is set out in the overview of offshore offers.

Withdrawals, limits and account verification

casino.guru, AskGamblers and lcb.org agree on the withdrawal limits of Bizzo, a casino without a German licence: €4,000 per day, €16,000 per week and €50,000 per month. According to casino.guru there is no cap on winnings. The minimum withdrawal is €10 according to lcb.org, and €500 by bank transfer; casino.guru confirms the transfer figure as 500 USD/EUR.

For deposits, lcb.org gives tiered minimums: €5 in cryptocurrencies, €10 by card and e-wallet, €120 in Bitcoin. The bonus cards at AskGamblers state a minimum deposit of €10. There is no figure from the operator itself.

For account verification (KYC), lcb.org lists an ID card, passport or driving licence, proof of address, proof of the payment method and of the deposit, a selfie with ID, and video and phone verification. According to lcb.org the check takes up to three days, given as “KYC: 72 hours”. casino.guru notes a clause in Bizzo’s terms with an unreasonably short time frame for submitting documents. No source states the amount from which verification is required.

Player protection: limits and self-exclusion

On 08.10.2026 AskGamblers lists deposit, wager, loss and time limits as well as self-exclusion for Bizzo. According to the same source, a cool-off period, reality checks, a self-assessment and participation in a self-exclusion register are not available.

The Curaçao regulator CGA itself refers players from abroad to support services in their country of residence. Its Responsible Gaming Guidelines with self-exclusion have applied to the land-based casino sector in Curaçao since 2012.

Complaint route at Bizzo

Anyone stuck with a withdrawal or account check at Bizzo first turns to the operator’s customer support, which according to casino.guru is also available in German and via live chat around the clock. None of the sources names a formal dispute resolution procedure.

The CGA does not mediate disputes between players and operators and does not order compensation. It treats incoming reports as indications of possible breaches of the LOK and gives no information on the status of investigations. The authority has announced a standardised form for such reports. An overview of licensing bodies, registers and routes for players is given on the home page about the casino licence of the profiled operators.
