Posido licence and licence number
On the licensing authorities, casino.guru and AskGamblers agree on two points: both name Anjouan and Estonia. On 08.10.2026 AskGamblers also lists the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) as a third authority. No source gives a PAGCOR number.
Both numbers come from casino.guru alone, identical on its English and German pages. ALSI-202411077-FI2 follows the format Anjouan uses for all its licences: ALSI, nine digits and an ending with FI. HKL is the prefix under which the Estonian business register lists operating permits for gambling.

The PAGCOR claim from AskGamblers comes with a date attached: under Executive Order No. 74 the Philippine authority revoked all internet gaming licences with effect from 15.12.2024.
Regulator Anjouan: what the licence covers
Anjouan Gaming is the internet gambling authority of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan in the Union of the Comoros. It acts under the Anjouan Offshore Financial Authority, with supervision by the Anjouan Gaming Board. The names used in the sources on Posido (“Anjouan Gaming”, “Anjouan Gaming Board”, “Offshore Finance Authority of the State of Anjouan”) therefore refer to the same body. Licences are issued in two categories: B2C for operators dealing with players and B2B for service providers.
The public register can be searched by licence number, company name and domain. On 08.10.2026 the dataset behind the register page held 1,543 entries. The number ALSI-202411077-FI2 belongs to Stellar Ltd: status “valid”, type B2C, issued on 22.11.2024, expiring on 21.11.2026. Eighteen domains are notified under this licence. posido.com is not among them and does not appear in any of the 1,543 entries.
Two texts of the authority explain how to read this. Under the licence conditions, licensees may only operate on approved domains, and every new domain needs approval. The registry disclaimer states that a listed domain has only been notified to the authority and is no proof of ownership of a domain or brand. For Posido this means the number exists and is valid, but the register does not link the domain posido.com to this licence. What else an Anjouan licence covers and which obligations come with it is explained on the page about the authority.
On the question of renewing the Stellar Ltd licence: whether a renewal application is pending is not shown in the register; according to the authority, only an active licence entitles a licensee to operate. Under the authority's rules, an Anjouan seal must link directly to the verification page in the register. Whether posido.com shows such a seal could not be checked, because the site stays empty without scripts.
Estonia: Estolio Limited and the number HKL000354
In Estonia the Tax and Customs Board (Maksu- ja Tolliamet, EMTA) issues an activity licence and an operating permit for gambling; both are recorded in the business register MTR. The EMTA list of legal operators, last updated on 01.10.2026, lists Estolio Limited with www.posido.com and another brand of the same operator under “Games of chance online” and Toto. posido.com does not appear in the Anjouan register.
The MTR entry of Estolio Limited gives a seat in Limassol, Cyprus, and the Cypriot registration number HE410375. Valid are the operating permits HKL000543 (10.07.2026 to 10.07.2031) and HKL000355 (07.05.2021 to 07.05.2041), plus two activity licences without expiry. The HKL000354 named by casino.guru is not in this entry.
Posido operator and sister casinos
For the operator, the portals name two companies. On 08.10.2026 casino.guru lists Stellar Ltd as operator, AskGamblers lists Estolio Limited as company; a complaint case published on AskGamblers also states “Operator: Estolio Limited”. In the registers, Stellar Ltd holds the Anjouan number named by casino.guru, without posido.com in its domain list; Estolio Limited appears in the Estonian list with posido.com. No source gives a postal address for Stellar Ltd. The rules on posido.com name neither of the two companies, nor a licence.
Only de.casino.guru keeps a list of names: it shows six sister casinos, while the running text on the same page speaks of seven. Under the same company, Estolio Limited, the Estonian list adds another brand that is missing at casino.guru.
| Source | Count |
|---|---|
| de.casino.guru (list) | 6 |
| casino.guru (running text) | 7 |
| EMTA list (Estolio Limited) | 1 |

The portal lists rest on their own matching and are not official data. How the companies behind all tracked brands fit together and which groups stand behind them is shown in the overview of operator and sister casinos.
A second brand with an Anjouan licence is Neospin. There the register confirms what casino.guru states: Metlait SRL holds ALSI-202509073-FI2, valid until 29.09.2027, and neospin.com is in the domain list. A direct comparison of number, company and second licence from Tobique is in the profile on the Neospin licence.
Germany: Posido is not on the GGL whitelist
Online operators with a German permission are listed by the Joint Gambling Authority of the German States (GGL) in its official list. According to a GGL statement of 22.09.2026, 129 operators and intermediaries hold a permission, with 229 gambling sites approved in total. The structure and fields of an entry in the GGL whitelist are explained on the page about the German permission.
A full-text search of the whitelist retrieved on 02.10.2026 finds Posido neither by brand name nor by domain nor by the companies Stellar Ltd and Estolio Limited. The same applies to Bizzo, KatsuBet and Neospin.
Germany is not in the “Excluded Jurisdictions” list of the posido.com rules on 08.10.2026. de.casino.guru also notes that Posido accepts players from Germany. On language the sources differ: according to casino.guru, the website, live chat and customer support are available in German, in 18 languages in total. AskGamblers lists ten languages, including Estonian and Finnish, but no German.
What a missing German permission means for withdrawals, player protection and the complaint route, and how operators without a German licence differ from each other, is set out in the overview of offshore offers.
Withdrawals, limits and account verification
The withdrawal limits are set out in the posido.com rules and depend on the VIP level. At the entry level Mortal the limits are €500 per day and €7,000 per month, at Demigod €500 and €10,000, at Deity €800 and €12,000, at Triton €1,000 and €15,000, and at the top level Poseidon €1,500 and €20,000.
casino.guru gives €500 per day and €7,000 per month, the entry-level values. AskGamblers states €500 per transaction, €500 per day and €10,000 per month.
For account verification (KYC), the rules require requested documents to be submitted within 30 days after the request. From which amount Posido asks for documents is stated neither in the rules nor by the portals.
Player protection: limits and self-exclusion
On player protection the information diverges. On 08.10.2026 AskGamblers records a loss limit, self-exclusion and a self-assessment questionnaire. According to the same source there are no deposit, wager or time limits, no cool-off period and no reality checks.
casino.guru, by contrast, warns that self-exclusion for problem gamblers is severely delayed or impossible, and notes only limited responsible gaming options.
Complaint route at Posido
For Anjouan licensees a fixed complaint route applies. Anjouan Gaming itself does not handle, mediate or adjudicate disputes between players and operators. The intended route leads first to the licensee, via the complaint function of the seal; the licensee has 30 calendar days to respond. Disputes over a game outcome must be filed within 14 days, account disputes within 30 days. After that comes alternative dispute resolution (ADR), in which licensees must take part. The licensee bears the costs, and the procedure runs in English. Licensees must name their ADR provider in the player terms; for existing licences this applies at the latest from the next renewal.
The number of complaint cases varies widely by portal. On 08.10.2026 casino.guru lists no case directly against Posido and 24 cases at related casinos, while AskGamblers counts 45 cases. How Anjouan, Estonia, Malta, Curaçao and the GGL handle complaint routes, registers and seals is compared in the overview of gambling regulators. A general overview of licensing authorities and verification routes for the profiled operators is on the start page about the casino licence.
