Exclusion via OASIS
OASIS is Germany’s nationwide player exclusion system. Self-exclusion is possible for at least 3 months, third-party exclusion for 12 months, both free of charge (§ 8 GlüStV 2021, GGL).

Limits and panic button
Operators licensed in Germany apply a cross-operator deposit limit of generally no more than €1,000 per month, monitored through the LUGAS limit file (§ 6c GlüStV 2021). The panic button on the game page blocks play for 24 hours (GGL).
Warning signs
These are reasons to talk to a counselling service:
- You play longer or with more money than planned.
- You try to win back losses.
- You borrow money or hide your gambling.
- Other parts of daily life take a back seat.
