Neospin Casino licence

Neospin is the only Anjouan brand in the comparison whose domain appears in the Anjouan register under its licence. The public register of Anjouan lists Metlait SRL under number ALSI-202509073-FI2, status “valid”, issued on 30.09.2025 and valid until 29.09.2027, type B2C, i.e. a licence for serving players. According to casino.guru and lcb.org, Neospin also holds a licence from the Tobique Gaming Commission of New Brunswick (Canada); AskGamblers names only this second licence. Neospin is not on the whitelist of the German Joint Gambling Authority (GGL). Neospin licence and licence number

Neospin's licence data comes from two kinds of sources: the Anjouan register itself and industry portals. For the Anjouan licence both match. For the Tobique licence only the portals are available, because we could not access a register of the Tobique Gaming Commission. The table therefore separates value and origin.

The Anjouan number follows the regulator's usual format: ALSI, nine digits and the code FI with one digit. We could not inspect the footer of neospin.com and any seal shown there, because the site answered our requests on 08.10.2026 with a block page.

Regulator Anjouan: what the licence covers

Anjouan Gaming is the internet gambling authority of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, part of the Union of the Comoros. It acts under the Anjouan Offshore Financial Authority, and supervision lies with the Anjouan Gaming Board. Licences are issued as B2C for operators serving players directly and as B2B for service providers. Three rules of the regulator matter for checking. First, a licensee may only operate on approved domains; every new domain needs Anjouan's approval. Second, the register's rules name four statuses: Active, Suspended, Revoked and Expired, and only an active licence permits operation. Third, according to the registry disclaimer, a listed domain only confirms that it was reported to the regulator for licensed activities. It says nothing about ownership of the brand or domain.

On 08.10.2026 the register dataset held 1,543 licences in total, and every entry in it carries the status “valid”. According to the regulator, the register extract is updated periodically; each result shows the registered name, licence number, type and status. Besides neospin.com, the Metlait SRL number also covers other brands of the same operator.

Operator and sister casinos

casino.guru lists Metlait SRL as operator and owner, AskGamblers names the same company, and lcb.org writes “Owned By Metlait SRL” in its fact box. The Anjouan register confirms the name as licence holder. Three portals and the regulator agree here. None of the sources gives the company's seat, registration number or address.

The lists of sister casinos differ. de.casino.guru counts seven other brands of the same operator, two of which are marked as closed there. lcb.org names five. Some of the brands appear on both lists. The English text of casino.guru even speaks of eleven sister casinos.

For Neospin the Anjouan register adds its own clue: besides neospin.com, the domain of another brand of the same operator is listed under the same licence, so both share number ALSI-202509073-FI2.

Germany: not on the GGL whitelist

In Germany the official list of the GGL shows which operators hold a permit under the Interstate Treaty on Gambling. Each entry names the operator, type of gambling, address and websites; the list shows no licence number. We searched the GGL whitelist retrieved on 02.10.2026 in full text for Neospin, neospin.com and Metlait. None of the terms appears; the GGL does not list Neospin as a permitted operator. The same applies to Bizzo, KatsuBet and Posido.

Neospin still accepts German customers: de.casino.guru notes that the casino accepts players from Germany. Language is no obstacle: according to casino.guru, website, customer support and live chat are available in German, alongside English, French and Arabic; AskGamblers and lcb.org also list German.

The Anjouan licence and the missing whitelist entry describe two different things: one is the permit of the licensing jurisdiction, the other the German list. Withdrawals, limits and verification

casino.guru, lcb.org and AskGamblers agree on the daily, weekly and monthly withdrawal limits; according to casino.guru there is no limit on winnings as such. All values in the table come from the portals, not from the terms of the operator.

For verification lcb.org gives a long list: ID, proof of address, proof of the payment method and of the deposit, a selfie with ID, plus video and phone verification. For the duration of the check lcb.org gives 0 to 30 days in one place and up to 30 business days in its fact box. casino.guru flags one rule in the terms as unfair: an unreasonably short time frame for providing documents in the KYC process. No source states the amount from which Neospin requests documents.

Dispute route

In a dispute about a withdrawal or an account block, the operator is the first point of contact. Anjouan Gaming does not handle player complaints itself. The regulator prescribes a fixed procedure: first the complaint goes to the operator through the complaint function of the seal, and the operator must reply within 30 calendar days. For the outcome of a game the filing period is 14 days, for account matters 30 days.

If the dispute remains open, mediation by an ADR body follows. Licensees must name an ADR provider recognised by the regulator and state it in the player terms; participation is mandatory, the operator bears the costs, and the procedure is in English. For existing licences the ADR duty applies at the latest from the next renewal. None of the sources names the body Neospin has chosen. Industry portals also collect complaints: casino.guru counts one case directly against Neospin and eleven against sister casinos, AskGamblers five.

Responsible gambling tools

AskGamblers lists for Neospin limits on deposits, wagers, losses and session time, a cooling-off period, self-exclusion and a self-assessment questionnaire. A reality check, i.e. a reminder of playing time during the session, is listed by AskGamblers as not available. casino.guru confirms in general that various responsible gambling options are available.

AskGamblers lists the cooling-off period as available; according to the operator's reply to a complaint on casino.guru, it is set on request. Anyone who needs a limit or a break should therefore look in the account and, if in doubt, write to customer support in German.

Neospin and Posido: two Anjouan brands side by side

Among the compared brands Posido also holds a licence from Anjouan, according to casino.guru under number ALSI-202411077-FI2 of Stellar Ltd. The difference lies in the register: the Stellar Ltd licence is valid there, but posido.com appears in none of the 1,543 entries. On withdrawals Neospin's limits are higher: €4,000 per day and €30,000 per month, compared with €500 per day and €7,000 per month at Posido's base level. For verification, Posido requires documents within 30 days of the request according to its own rules.

Checking the Neospin licence yourself

Unlike the Curaçao brands, the Neospin licence can be looked up at the regulator. The following steps show which details have to match.

1. Open the Anjouan registerSearch works by licence number, company name or domain. Entering neospin.com or ALSI-202509073-FI2 leads to the Metlait SRL entry.
2. Read status and expiry dateWhat counts is the status in the register itself, not a statement in the footer or on a portal. Issue and expiry dates are in the same entry as the type and the licensee.
3. Compare the domain listneospin.com must be listed under the number. A different mirror domain without an entry is not part of the licence.
4. Click the seal in the footerAccording to Anjouan the seal must link directly to the verification page in the register and be removed on expiry or revocation.
5. Search the GGL whitelistEnter name, domain and operating company one by one. The list shows no licence number, so a match can only be assigned via operator and websites.
