KatsuBet Casino licence

Licence number: OGL/2024/1307/0748Operator: Scores55 Tech B.V.Founded: 2020

KatsuBet operates under a licence from Curaçao. The operator states on its homepage that the casino runs “under the license of Curacao” and gives 2020 as its launch year. According to casino.guru, the licence number OGL/2024/1307/0748 appears in the brand's profile there, marked as verified; we did not find the number on the operator's own website. Anyone interested in checking a licence number will find, in the comparison of the tracked licence profiles, which register is responsible for which licensing country and how far a cross-check currently goes.

According to casino.guru and AskGamblers, the operator is Scores55 Tech B.V. KatsuBet is not on the whitelist of Germany's Joint Gambling Authority of the Federal States (GGL). What role a foreign casino licence plays next to a German permit is explained on our home page for all tracked providers.

KatsuBet licence and licence number

The core licence data comes from three directions: from the operator itself, from casino.guru and from lcb.org. All agree on the licensing country, but not on the name of the authority or the company. The table therefore separates the value from its origin.

The number begins with OGL/2024; the CGA does not explain what the individual segments mean. KatsuBet gives no company address, neither in its terms and conditions nor on its “About us” page. The licence statement therefore remains a claim by the operator, backed by three industry portals.

Curaçao regulator: what the licence covers

Depending on the source, the authority carries two names. casino.guru writes Curaçao Gaming Authority, the operator refers on its responsible gaming page to the “LOK standards” of the Curaçao Gaming Control Board, and AskGamblers also uses the old name. Both mean the same body: since 24.12.2024 the Landsverordening op de kansspelen, LOK for short, has been the new legal basis for online gambling in Curaçao, and with it the Gaming Control Board became the Curaçao Gaming Authority (CGA).

What a Curaçao licence means today and which numbers are issued under the LOK is explained in detail on the page about the licensing country. For KatsuBet, one point of the current situation matters most: on 07.10.2026 the CGA announced that its online gaming portal will not return to operation. Until then, this portal and the digital seal were the way to link a domain to a licence. According to the CGA, existing licences remain valid, and a replacement procedure for the seal has been announced.

In practice, as of 08.10.2026: the number OGL/2024/1307/0748 cannot currently be looked up with the regulator. Anyone who wants to check it can only compare whether the terms, the footer and the industry portals name the same number and the same company.

Operator and sister casinos

casino.guru lists Scores55 Tech B.V. as operator and owner, and AskGamblers names the same company. lcb.org differs and writes “Owned By Kika Technology B.V.” in its fact box. That puts two sources against one. No source gives a registered office or a company registration number.

According to de.casino.guru and lcb.org, the brand family includes exactly two other brands of the same operator. The partner programme also links the brands: AskGamblers names a shared partner programme for KatsuBet and these brands. How to get from one company to all of its brands, and why the lists of different portals are rarely the same length, is described on the page about the operator and sister casinos using all tracked profiles.

For the licence question, the operator matters more than the brand, because a Curaçao licence is granted to a company. None of our sources says whether these other brands run under the same number as KatsuBet.

Germany: not on the GGL whitelist

In Germany, the official GGL list shows which providers hold a permit under the Interstate Treaty on Gambling. We searched the GGL whitelist retrieval of 02.10.2026 in full text for KatsuBet, as well as for the domain katsubet.com and for Scores55. None of the terms appears; the GGL does not list KatsuBet as a permitted provider. The same applies to Bizzo, Posido and Neospin.

At the same time, KatsuBet does not exclude German customers. Germany is not on the “Restricted Countries List” in the terms and conditions dated 15.06.2026, and de.casino.guru notes that the casino accepts players from Germany. The website is available in German, English and French. According to casino.guru and AskGamblers, customer support answers only in English, and the same applies to live chat.

The Curaçao licence and the missing whitelist entry therefore stand side by side: one is a permit from the licensing country, the other is the German list. What the difference means for withdrawals, verification and the route in disputes is summarised for all tracked brands on the page about casinos without a German licence.

Withdrawals, limits and verification

According to the terms, the minimum withdrawal is 20 EUR or the equivalent in another currency; AskGamblers and lcb.org also state €20. The figures for the minimum deposit differ: AskGamblers says €10, lcb.org €1. Before a deposit can be withdrawn, the terms require it to be wagered at least three times, or ten times for table and live games.

The maximum amounts are given in two units. In its terms the operator states 0.14 BTC per week and 0.56 BTC per month; higher amounts are paid in instalments. casino.guru, AskGamblers and lcb.org calculate in euros and consistently state €10,000 per week and €40,000 per month, with lcb.org adding the instalment rule above €40,000. None of the sources names a daily limit.

Verification is governed by section 9 of the terms. Required are an ID document (passport, identity card or driving licence), proof of address no older than 90 days and proof of the payment method. KatsuBet may request the documents when the account is opened, before a deposit or before a withdrawal, and also “when legal or risk-based thresholds are reached”. The operator does not name a specific amount. According to the terms, the check can take up to 30 working days; AskGamblers and lcb.org state 0 to 24 hours for verification.

Complaints route

The CGA does not mediate disputes between players and providers and does not order compensation; it treats incoming reports only as a reason for possible checks under the LOK. Other authorities handle this differently: the Malta Gaming Authority, for example, runs its own unit for player enquiries. Which regulator helps where is shown in the comparison of gambling regulators with their registers, seals and complaint routes.

That leaves an industry portal. KatsuBet states that it holds the “Certificate of Trust” from AskGamblers; according to AskGamblers, 13 complaint cases about KatsuBet are recorded there. casino.guru counts one case directly at KatsuBet and three at related casinos.

Responsible gaming tools

On its responsible gaming page, KatsuBet lists the following tools: limits on deposits, wagers, losses and session time, a cooling-off period and self-exclusion for a set period or indefinitely. According to the operator, the deposit limit applies only to fiat currencies and the wager limit does not apply to sports betting. AskGamblers confirms the list and records that a reality check is missing.

The sources disagree on self-assessment. The operator's page contains a questionnaire for it, whereas AskGamblers lists this feature as not available.

KatsuBet and Bizzo: two Curaçao brands side by side

Among the brands on this website, Bizzo is the second one with a licence from Curaçao. Both numbers start with OGL/2024, and the two companies trade under different names. Anyone who wants to read the data side by side will find the same fields for the second brand on the page about the Bizzo licence.

Checking the KatsuBet licence yourself

Without a lookup at the regulator, what remains is a cross-check of indirect evidence. The following steps show which details have to match and where the gaps are.

  1. Find the licensing country at the operatorThe KatsuBet homepage names Curaçao, and the responsible gaming page refers to the LOK standards. A different statement anywhere else would be a warning sign.
  2. Compare the number with industry portalscasino.guru lists OGL/2024/1307/0748 and marks the number as verified. Other portals name no number, so a second cross-check is missing.
  3. Compare the companyCompare the company in the footer with the two variants from the operator section. If the footer names a third company, the statement matches none of the sources.
  4. Click the seal in the footerUntil now the seal linked the domain to the licence in the CGA portal; until the announced replacement procedure, it confirms nothing.
  5. Search the GGL whitelistSearch not only for the brand name but also for the domain and the operating company; only then is the result complete.
